1. Overview

RewardVault operates promotional giveaways where participants can enter to win gift cards by completing optional tasks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and participation in any giveaway promoted through our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, or any other jurisdiction where participation is not prohibited by law. Employees of RewardVault, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To enter a giveaway:

  • Provide a valid email address through the entry form
  • Complete optional tasks to earn additional entries
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win
  • Alternative entry: email entries@rewardvault.com with "Enter Giveaway" in the subject line

4. Entry Limits

There is no maximum limit on the number of entries a participant can earn. However, RewardVault reserves the right to disqualify entries obtained through fraudulent means, automated systems, or any method that violates these Terms.

5. Winner Selection

Winners are selected randomly from all valid entries received during the giveaway period. The draw is conducted on the date specified on the giveaway page. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

6. Prize Fulfillment

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. Prize notification will be sent within 48 hours of the draw. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Gift card brand and format are subject to availability. RewardVault reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Third-Party Offers

Some tasks may involve third-party offers, surveys, or applications. RewardVault is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party websites. Participation in third-party offers is optional and subject to the respective third party's terms.

8. Data Collection

We collect email addresses for the purpose of winner notification. Additional data may be collected through third-party offer partners in accordance with their own privacy policies. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete information on data handling.

9. Disqualification

RewardVault reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Uses automated systems or bots to generate entries
  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Attempts to manipulate the giveaway mechanism
  • Violates any provision of these Terms

10. Limitation of Liability

RewardVault shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our giveaways or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. By participating, you agree to release RewardVault from any and all claims of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

RewardVault reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
